Refund policy

All custom orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange defective merchandise for the same item, subject to availability.

Please note that variations in color, placement, or personalization that were approved as part of your custom order are not considered defects.
